Terezin Memorial
The fortness of Terezin was built under Emperor Josef II in 1780-1790. It was meant to protect access roads against hostile troops that invaded Bohemia during the Prussian-Austrian wars in the 18th century. It has never fulfilled its duty.
After the occupation of the Czech lands by Nazi Germany both parts of the Terezin fortress were changed into huge persecution facillities.
From its foundation to April 20, 1945 , some 140.000 men, women and children from many countries were deported to the ghetto.

Program
The history of Kutná Hora is closely connected with the mining of silver
ore. The deposits were used from the 13th century and soon after, the
mine at Kutná Hora was already providing about one third of total European
silver production. Thanks to silver mines, Kutná Hora gained excessive
wealth and become the second most important city in the Kingdom of Bohemia,
after Prague. These days, Kutná Hora represents a unique ensemle of
more than three hundred medieval and Baroque buildings and is on the
UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.
You will enjoy the finest Bohemian countryside, food, drink and a visit to the stunning town of Kutná Hora, considered by many to be a must for those visiting the Czech Republic.

Karlstejn was built by emperor Charles IV . Karlstejn is one of the most
visited Czech castles - built between 1348-1355, served as a depository
of royal and empire jewels and coronation jewels and also as an archive
of state documents.This gothic castle with monumental architecture is
located about 38 km southwest of Prague. You will enjoy the English
guided tour - the guide will introduce you to both the history of this
castle and life of Charles IV., his time and culture.
We will take a local train from Prague to the small village Karlstejn - one hour way. During the train ride you will admire the beautiful landscape and I`ll give you many interesting informations - answer all your questions.
